PawPlush accepts returns and exchanges for eligible items purchased through our website within 30 days of purchase, provided that:

Items cannot be returned or exchanged more than 30 days after the original purchase date.

Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items
