SHIPPING POLICY

PawPlush partners with trusted domestic and international shipping carriers, including FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, and other regional delivery providers, allowing us to deliver directly to your door and proudly offer worldwide shipping.

You will be charged when you place your order. All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several business days to process. To help prevent fraudulent transactions, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed or cancelled.

Shipping Process

We typically require 2-5 business days to process, prepare, and fulfill your order before it is transferred to one of our fulfillment and shipping partners. During periods of high demand, holidays, or inventory fluctuations, processing times may extend up to 12 business days.

Once your order has entered our fulfillment process, we are unable to make changes, including modifications to the shipping address. Orders will be shipped only to the address provided during checkout.

We ship on business days only and do not process shipments on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking information.

For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately and may arrive on different dates depending on inventory availability and fulfillment location.

Orders are fulfilled through our network of domestic and international fulfillment partners to ensure efficient processing and delivery. Products may be shipped from one of our fulfillment facilities based on inventory availability and destination.

Tracking

All orders include tracking information.

You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that some carriers require several business days for tracking information to appear in their systems. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and tracking information is still unavailable, please contact us.

Please Note: Delivery estimates do not include our 2-5 business day processing period.

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, PawPlush cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including customs processing, severe weather, labor disruptions, public holidays, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. PawPlush has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their cost.

If a shipment is refused and returned, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges, customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred.

Customs policies vary by country. For additional information, please contact your local customs office.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

PawPlush is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim.

When reviewing shipping-related claims, we rely on tracking information and delivery confirmation provided by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate before completing their order.

Because orders begin processing shortly after purchase, we may be unable to modify shipping information once an order has been placed.

If an order has already entered our fulfillment process, we cannot retrieve or reroute it for an address change.
